Origami is a project of social research MARGINE, focused on architecture in kindergarten places, emergency and host, born in the belief that architecture must synchronize with the democratic demands of their time. The investigation is focused on the right to a childhood established by the UN Convention based on equality of all children of the world.

Origami is one of mental and physical interaction of an early learning tool inspired by studies of Maria Montessori and based on the natural development of the child. It is a cognitive tool for learning the instinct of preservation, orientation, order, sensory exploration, communication, purposeful activity, environmental manipulation, abstraction, self improvement and the development of learning reading, writing and mathematical computation skills.
